Their communication prior to the visit and at the visit is clear and thorough, and they always seem so excited to hear about people's travels.

She went over our vaccine record, noting that we are up-to-date with everything we should have. She prescribed some anti-malarial medicine for us for Botswana. She was very friendly, polite, fun to talk with and very thorough in her approach and advice. Thank you.
